Cheyenne Gil Studios is a body and fat positive boudoir photography studio for womxn and femmes.

the strategy

EMPOWERING, RAW, SAFE +
BAD ASS

The Cheyenne Gil Studios logo is centered around the idea of being bad ass, raw and taking the journey towards full acceptance. Pulling inspiration from Cheyenne's passion + the natural body, this concept embodies a sense of raw emotions, while still establishing the studio as a professional, safe place for all. It has been designed around celebrating all bodies, in all shapes and all sizes. We wanted their audience to feel empowered while viewing their work, in the studio and when they receive their images. They have accepted this journey towards acceptance and this brand supports that to the max.

create a brand that is the perfect mix of raw emotions + bad assery to give cheyenne's clients a sense of empowerment + liberation

kind words from cheyenne

"I know this sounds like a big ol cliche, but working with Emily of Amavi Studio was really and truly everything I could have wanted and way way way more. Emily is so kind, thoughtful, and so immensely talented. I felt heard and seen throughout the entire process and she went above and beyond in more ways that I can count. I was blown away by how thorough and organized the entire process was - everything down to the beautiful deliverables. Every single piece of our visual brand is badass, purposeful, and brilliant thanks to Emily's work. I've always had a strong personal brand and voice, but visually I always let things just kinda be 'eh' and I let myself do all the talking, but now Emily's amazing work has brought our brand to life in ways I couldn't even imagine - and I think I can shut up a bit and let our logo, website, collateral, and colors do all the talking. I feel inspired by my own brand - that is so badass. Thank you so much, Emily!!"
